Security Title and Trust, Inc. opened its doors on April 1, 2004. We have offices in both Ft. Myers and Cape Coral. Our staff has over 75 years of combined experience in Title Insurance, Escrow Services, Tax Deferred Exchanges, Construction, Commercial, Residential and Foreclosure properties.

Our philosophy is simple; we strive to provide the most accurate service with a fine and experienced closing staff.

Lauren Myles Harmon, our president, is a licensed Title Insurance Agent with over 20 years of experience in title insurance, settlement services (residential and commercial) and general real estate law.
