Security Title and Trust, Inc. was established by a group of local individuals with over 50 years of combined experience in the real estate industry and opened its doors on April 1, 2004.  We have offices in both Ft. Myers and Cape Coral.  Our staff is trained and experienced in Title Insurance, Escrow Services, Tax Deferred Exchanges, Construction, Commercial, Residential and Foreclosure.

Lauren Myles Harmon, our president, is a licensed Title Insurance Agent with over 17 years of experience in title insurance and general real estate law.
